Adam Paull is the founder, of ARMOR Industries, LLC, which operates as ARMOR Marine and Precision Weld Boats. He grew up in the beautiful San Juan Islands in Washington State where he developed his passion for boats and the water.
Adam brings real engineering expertise in diesel engines and waterjet propulsion systems. As a Senior Engineer for John Deere he had the opportunity to design, develop, and implement world-class diesel engines for both off highway and marine applications. This is where he learned from the best, with the best tools, and learned to apply these skills to develop and engineer innovative world-class vessels
As a Sales Manager for Hamilton Jet he developed expertise in waterjet application and facilitated hundreds of waterjet installations. Lastly, Adam worked at Mavrik Marine where he served as Technical Manager. At Mavrik he had the opportunity to work with a great team to start the build of a 130’ subchapter K diesel waterjet fast ferry.
With a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering from the prestigious Kettering University and nearly 20 years of technical engineering experience, Adam enjoys leveraging his engineering skills to build and innovate.

With a BS in Accounting and MBA from the University of Michigan, Anne Paull is responsible for the finance, accounting, and administration side of the business. With experience at multiple CPA firms and as a Senior Accountant at a large marketing company, she brings expertise to our accounting processes and systems to ensure the entire business runs smoothly.
RYAN HEARD
VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Retired Navy veteran serving 24 years. Served 19 years as a Special Operations Boat Operator (Special Warfare Combat Crewman, SWCC Master). Ryan has spent the last three years working multiple positions on the water as a Captain for TowBoat US and for the US Government at Carderock Combat Craft Division as a Test Boat Captain. Ryan worked in the boat repair industry running a boat repair facility for a Major Ship Repair company as a Program Manager and has just finished up working as a contractor as a Test and Evaluation SME for the U.S Navy testing their new 40 ft PB.
Ryan has 19 years experience operating boats for Special Operations. He has traveled the world not just doing operations but also teaching other countries how to operate their own combat vessels. His background has enabled him to experience a variety of boats and technologies in various environments. He is passionate about giving back to Law Enforcement and serving to protect those that protect us.
